Speaker-Curve
A Curve Transformed

This is a screen shot of a curve which transformed into a semi-circle which was later morphed into a speaker grill to allow sound out.

A Sheet Of Several Hexagons

Several hexagons are formed together to make a honeycomb sheet which helps to form a speaker grill.

My first idea was to have concentric circles to view the speaker oscillating, but how to put in supports within the concentric circles was a bit problematic.

Conjoined Hexagons

These are conjoined hexagons which are extruded to remove material to form a honeycomb structure so that the speaker itself can be viewed obsoleting.

Speaker Grill With Outer Mounts

With the honeycomb structure I modelled a support structure around the base it which enabled me to form mounting holes which will go through the speaker and the enclosure itself.

This ables me to use one nut and bolt instead of several screws holding it all together which mixes the modern day of manufacturing and prototyping with the industrial way of manufacturing.

Speaker Enclosure With Speaker Grills

This is a screen capture what the speaker enclosure with the speaker grills.

This also shows what it would look like together with the power button, charging port, amplifier and Bluetooth holder also the step-up module.
